Paul has been self-employed within the fitness industry since February 2007. Initially from a strength and conditioning background Paul now integrates both body composition and S+C principles to help clients achieve their goals with a variety of skills and techniques appropriate for every individual. Paul currently works out of Frontier Physical Conditioning in Lincoln, a one of its kind facility in the area, which he believes is the perfect environment for him and his clients to thrive. For leisure Paul enjoys playing and watching Rugby and Cricket.
